“By preventing plaintiff from accessing information that is necessary to provide effective advocacy and support to its clients, defendants have prevented students with disabilities and their families from obtaining the information and advice needed to ensure that the students receive the education, related services, and procedural protections afforded by federal law,” the lawsuit alleges.
