Joseph “Jo Jo” Jackson, who was sentenced Monday in Grand Rapids by U.S. District Judge Gordon J. Quist, was the last of nine people to be sent to a federal penitentiary for their role in the heroin distribution conspiracy, according to a news release issued by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
