Law firm that represented itself cannot get fees as a sanction 

Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap PC was wrongly awarded attorney’s fees as a case evaluation sanction, says the Michigan Supreme Court, because it did not maintain “separate entities” as lawyer and client.
