The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against Quicken Loans Thursday.According to published reports, it is accusing the Detroit-based lender of violating mortgage underwriting rules causing losses in the millions of dollars to the U.S. Housing and Urban Development agency.Quicken Loans has not released a statement regarding the allegations as of yet.
