Leader of heroin distribution ring sentenced to 17 years in federal prison
Joseph “Jo Jo” Jackson, who was sentenced Monday in Grand Rapids by U.S. District Judge Gordon J. Quist, was the last of nine people to be sent to a federal penitentiary for their role in the heroin distribution conspiracy, according to a news release issued by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
