New proposal would keep divorce attorneys from ‘trolling’ for clients
For the second time in less than a year, legislation has been introduced to stop lawyers from “trolling” for divorce clients. Senate Bill 351 is aimed at keeping attorneys from potentially notifying non-filers of a divorce complaint before the filer has had the chance to do so.
